"Do not come near me!"
Kento yells at you, as you enter the room.
Ijichi told you you'd be met with a scary sight if you walked through the door, but you didn't actually understand the extent of it. Shockingly enough, you're met with the sight of Kento Nanami pacing around, his hands going from his hair, to his face, to his hips in a restless motion. His face is flushed with anger, and the veins on his forehead look like they're ready to give up and finally pop. His frown has never been deeper, his scowl never more apparent, and his breathing is heavy. He basically looks like a kettle left on the stove for too long: incandescent and ready to burst.
You never saw him this angry; he's quite literally fuming. Something happened on his mission today, and he doesn't seem to be able to calm himself down. Knowing him, this probably has something to do with his own personal failure, but you know everyone came back safely, so it's quite difficult to put your finger on what it could be that got him so mad. This is also very unusual for him, almost unsettling for you to witness. He's usually so calm, serious, composed, and dignified. Kento is the one keeping levelheaded when everybody else panics, he's the one thinking rationally, looking for solutions, and repeating that it's no use crying over spilled milk.
So, what happened here? You can't ask right now, and you can't get any closer. He probably won't even hear any of your words, and if he does, you could get him to grow even more frustrated. He told you not to step closer, and that means he's not thinking straight, he's probably scared of his own possible reaction. You must admit, it's admirable how he still thinks of others even while in this state.
Kento has been stressing out on this mysterious matter for the last 20 minutes and hasn't managed to calm down yet. What could you possibly do to help him?
