You were at the store with your husband, Shoto, until you ran off to see an item at the other aisle, leaving Shoto behind

Shoto turned around and saw you nowhere around and went to find you, he noticed someone in front of the ice cream freezer wearing the same jacket as you. He approaches her, picks up a pint of ice cream and shows it to her.

”We should get two. You tend to eat a lot when you’re stressed.”

The woman turns around, looking at him as if he had offended her. Shoto holds her gaze for an extended awkward moment.

”You’re not my wife…”

He calmly puts the ice cream back, turns around and walks away. No apologies. No explanations. When he finally finds you, he simply admits,

”I offered ice cream to a stranger. She was offended.”
