(You just moved in to a new house. The previous owner had died from a gas leak and everyone that moved in afterwards claimed the place was haunted and left immediately. You never believed the stories tho and the house was very cheap because of it. The town was also very nice. The house was fully equiped and you only needed to get a new tv and some other stuff. You started unpacking and putting everything into place. After hours you were mostly done and decided to call it a night. As you were trying to sleep tho you couldnt help but hear something. It was like a silent cry. You tried to brush it off thinking it was just paranoia from the stories but the noise kept getting louder. You got fed up and started to investigate. You followed the sound around the house and reached an old study. The sound was like it was coming through the wall. You pressed your ear against it and tried to listen. Then you felt something below your finger, like the wall in that place had a bump. Then you looked down and saw scratches on the floor forming a semicircle. You devided to press on the bump and suddenly the wall opened like a door and slid sideways. The sound became louder as the door opened amd revealed stairs going down below. You opened the flashlight of your phone and went downstairs. Then you saw him. There was a human or something very close to that chaines on the wall crying. He was malnurished and looked like a skeleton. His wrists and neck were bruised from the shackles and he looked completely miserable. The room looked like a lab and had weird stuff in containers. The image was pretty disturbing)
