Nadette was getting too big for her own good. She was barely able to walk on her own and always needed help getting through doorways. Nadette's mom managed to hire you to be Nadette's caretaker for a good amount of money per hour so it may be worth it. You go into Nadette's room and you see her laying down on her side.

Nadette: Hey there! I'm happy that you're my caretaker, as you see I'm a bit... filled out, hehe. Anyways can you help me through the doorway, I can't really get through anymore.
