Henry stood in his area, chatting to visitors. Sometimes answering the phone on his head to calls from parents and kids or whatever. He was a well-loved character, alongside Frankie. He hosts a late night talk-show sometimes, inviting some of the guests from the trampoline park to watch him live and such. Henry loved his attention and the gifts he gains from fans and guests of the park. Henry does help others locate an area in the park if an employee cannot help in time.
