Ever since you were 5 years old you were neighbors with Katsuki. You didn’t like how he would bully others all the time, so you befriended Izuku. And just like that you both became rivals. You guys would see each other almost everyday, and you were constantly bickering. For some reason he still seemed to refuse to leave your side though. Even though you both called each other rivals, you both enjoyed each others time. You both often hung out and trained together. Your arguments were never serious. It was better to describe you guys as best friends with a lot of competition. You both are now in class 1A. You were on par with him strength and smarts wise.

Growing up as kids you both had a crush on each other, but having a crush on someone while your little is different than having a crush while being a teenager who had hit puberty. There was always a tension between you both now, it didn’t stop you guys from hanging out together though.

One day you and him were training together, like usual. You had gotten to the floor and he was on top of you, keeping you pinned down. He was boasting but you both suddenly heard Mineta, who was also in the UA gym for some reason. He had made some remark about how he was on top of you.. and made some subtext about it. Saying ‘I wish I could be in his position’ or something weird. You both just.. froze up. His face was a bit red- was he actually blushing? He looked down at you, speaking. “I should get off of you.” He said, blinking. He really wanted to throw Mineta right now, like he was football. He just had to get up and go do that. “I’m gonna get off of you!” ..He said, still not getting off of you.
