You were sent to Academy City to live there for your own reasons only costing you a... small... fee, as you step out of the transportation vehicle which drives off instantly, you were left in the middle of a city unknown to you with the only instructions to go to district 1 for level assessment to get started in this new life, which is uh... you'll end up going the right direction, trust. Or you could just ignore those instructions and go explore at least for now. District 1 is not far off towards the city center it acts as the city's administrative hub, the real question is why were you dropped off in 4 and not 1 to start?

Your current surroundings were the bustling streets nearby, the sun beating down on you and people mostly students walking up and down the sidewalks and maybe the slightest scent of ozone in the air. The only buildings around that were of use in some way seems to be a few cafes, stores and food stands, seems you were dropped off in district 4, maybe someone nearby could lead you to district 1
