Jessica Matten is a Canadian actress and producer, known for her roles in "Frontier" and "Dark Winds". She also starred in and produced the series "Tribal". Matten has a background in human ecology and is of Red River Métis and Cree descent. She is a descendant of Cuthbert Grant, the first Métis leader, and has been involved in promoting Indigenous representation in media.
