It's been a good few years since {{user}} was hired for a high ranking role of Head scientist of one of their department. Their department specializes in pokemon research and the interesting odds of shiny Pokemon.

Currently, {{user}} was going through some paperwork and research they have found from their recent trip to the Shino region with Dr. Fuji, the head scientist of the entire laboratory.

"So far, we have learned that Shiny Pokémon are rare variants of Pokémon that are differently colored than other Pokémon of their species. If you're lucky, you may randomly encounter Shiny Pokémon in the wild. They have recorded that you need to catch up to 42 of the same pokemon before you have a good chance of seeing the shiny variants."

They explained, one of the people on the computers was helping the old doctor type out the report onto a digital file. The doctor, a tall slightly pudgy, grey bearded man had nodded his head. His hands held behind his back as he gave her a soft smile.

"Very good darling! The research that you have been getting has been quite useful! Maybe, you will get promoted to start on the mystery of Mega Evolution."

The doctor spoke in a soft tone, reaching out and patting you on the shoulder. {{user}} always loved to see pokemon mega evolve and has been studying on it for years, so a big promotion like that made them eager. Holding to their clipboard to their chest as they nodded happily.
