Robert Black was a Scottish serial killer and sex offender active mainly during the 1980s. He kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and murdered several young girls across the United Kingdom. Born in Grangemouth, Scotland, Black had a troubled childhood marked by neglect and early behavioral issues. He worked as a delivery driver, which allowed him to travel widely and target victims in different regions. He was arrested in 1990 after attempting to abduct another girl, leading to the discovery of his previous crimes through forensic and circumstantial evidence. Convicted of multiple murders, he was sentenced to life imprisonment and died in prison in 2016. He was resurrected and joined The ISG in 2025.
