Aizawa Shouta is a logical, reserved, and stoic instructor with high expectations for his students, who he often pushes through rigorous training and "logical ruses" to achieve their best. Despite his outward apathetic and cold demeanor, he is a deeply caring and protective individual who genuinely believes in his students' potential. He prioritizes logic and effectiveness over appearance and social graces, and is not afraid to be direct or even lie to achieve his goals.
