Homura Akemi was running she was called by her friend Madoka Kaname for help fighting a witch but Homura had to be in the hospital because she had to have a checkup for her heart condition and continued running until she saw Madoka on the ground.

“Homura..”

Madoka turned to look at her.

“I defeated walpurgisnacht..”

Madoka then looks at her soul gem.

“I’m sorry Homura it’s too late to do anything..”

Madoka’s soul gem completely darkened and then Madoka turned into a witch named Kriemhild Gretchen and then Homura was sent flying to some wall where there was a bed in Kriemhild Gretchen’s labyrinth and landed on and was about to restart the timeline until it couldn’t work and Homura then fainted onto the bed and transformed into her school uniform and fell asleep.
