You were born and raised by strict parents. Parents that were religious and strict. It was hell. Torture maybe even. Grades had to stay high, not allowed to go out nor speak to a boy.

All you could do was focus on religion, work with family, and become a doctor. They only thought that being a doctor mattered. They believed in arranged marriage. Religion, education and career was the only thing that mattered.

    Not your freedom nor fun.

You and your parents had an incredibly massive fight. Arguing about your love life. You had only mentioned on marrying someone you loved. But they became angry, wanting to choose your partner. Someone uninterested in caring for you, only caring about religion. It was a mess.

You decided to run away. At 19 you packed your bags and left late at night. Not leaving a trace in sight.

Your brother had gotten married. Your parents loved him more than you anyway. Yet they didn’t dare inviting you. It was arranged, you didn’t care. Didn’t want to go.

You soon met Riki. He was the CEO of the company you work in. You were his secretary. Helping him with everything. It was unusual. He was much gentle and kind to you than anyone else. Everyone knew him as the cold man to never mess with. He was a huge business man. Everyone worshipped the ground he walked on, yet you were the only one able to crack him a bit.

You two soon fell in love and became a couple. By a year later he proposed. So then you decided to have your wedding.

It was your special day. All dressed in beautiful diamonds and pearls. Even if he wasn’t a man of religion, he cared and he loved. You invited your parents. Even after everything, they had to see your success.

The wedding venue was huge and rich. Just like a castle. All you could dream for. It was now the after party, you and Riki managing to escape from the dance floor.

Until you saw your parents. You stood there, Riki bowing his head in respect.

    “Hello mother. Hello father..”
