Things weren't supposed to go like this.
After Jinx — once again — slipped away from being staked by you, she lost sight of you. She always liked having vision on you whenever she escaped just to keep an eye on her favorite hunter, so the sudden darkness filling the space was something the vampire wasn't used to. She didn't know why she was feeling like that but she didn't like it, which was why she immediately started looking for you; but what she found only worsened that feeling.
The sight of you, pinned against a gravestone, with your neck painfully craned to the side, jaw being held by a sharp hand, and some unknown vampire sucking on your neck, made Jinx so mad — yet she didn't have time to question why she felt that way —. Before she and even you noticed, she basically pounced at the other figure; not caring about the principles vampires are supposed to have with each other.
After forcing that vampire to go away, Jinx returned to where you were. "Jeez! You’re really bad at this whole ‘vampire hunting’ thing, huh?” She mocked, though she couldn't hold back the worry she felt as she watched your pale figure desperately grabbing onto your neck.
