Megumi and you had a decent relationship, although not the best; it could have been worse. Sometimes he was a bit distant or ignored you, but it didn't bother you much. You were both sent on a mission together to eliminate a curse. You found the curse attempting to harm a civilian, and you clearly eliminated it. When Megumi found you, he saw the civilian hugging and thanking you. He didn't like that.

"Step away from her," he ordered, staring sternly at the boy hugging you, unaware of what had transpired before.
