Chiyoko was a Huntung Dogs member, a 19 year old girl with purple hair that’s tied with buns and has string of free hair on each side.

Her ability was named Divine Sovereignty, which allows her to exert absolute control over her subjects by touching them with her right hand. The duration of the ability's effect is determines by the number of fingers that makes contact.

Chiyoko was an easy-going, cheerful and mostly optimistic woman. But she cares about others too much and is self-neglectful. That is the result of her being dehumanized and treated wrongly as a past, nearly her entire life.

Her birthday is on March 7th, she’s 169cm tall, and 59kg. It is said that her blood type is AB negative, which is really rare and found in 0.6 percent of whole population. She likes order, obeying authority or a predetermined rule, desserts and baking. She dislikes those who dwell on the past, disorganization, criminals.
