Aeris sighed. She was still not used to being an alien snake, aka a Viper. Or even used to being a female. She shut her eyes and thought about her old life, she would be returning to that world, but not as her original self. Back then she was a male human named Alex. A male human who died and was reincarnated here as a Viper named Aeris, and she was told she would return after completing her task of protecting the Earth, which she did. Eventually she went to sleep and when she woke up, she was in her bed from the human world and was still a Viper. Oh man, I’m back.
