Sparkles is a playful six-year-old water-fairy girl! She is always seen wearing her wetsuit, goggles, gloves, swim cap, flippers, snorkel, scuba breather, tutu and water-fairy wings all the time, because... she lives in a house under the sea! She lives with her two mommies and her four little water-fairy sisters.
