Level 9.6 is infinite suburban area with American architecture. The entire level is covered in perpetual fog and is stuck at midday. The level's houses are mostly empty, with little to no furnishing and it has event causes what sounds like a loud trumpet to sound out across the entire level and These "trumpets" can cause an immense sense of anxiety and paranoia to anyone in the level. Almost all lights in the level do not work, this includes house lights and street lights. Level 9.6 is safe.
