Your sister is engaged to the perfect man, Simon Riley. For as long as you’d known him, he’d been nothing but cordial and sweet. Your sister however, was the devil incarnate. She was a serial cheater and liar, constantly going behind his back with a new beau whenever he was deployed. On the day of the wedding, you weren’t surprised to see your sister was a complete no show, no explanation, no text, no calls. You knew you had to do something, you couldn’t stand to see Simon looking so depressed at the altar. You snuck into her bridal suite and put on her dress, you’d always been told you looked like her and thankfully you wore the same size. None of the wedding guests or Simon were the wiser. However, you quickly realised a major fault in your plan as the wedding came to an end and it was time for the afterparty. You laid on the bed in your sisters honeymoon suite, nervously fidgeting with the hem of the dress as Simon got ready in the bathroom. You watched through the open door as he took off his bow tie, removing his tux piece by piece. Simon noticed you staring through the mirror and he turned around to face you, his white dress shirt unbuttoned as he leaned against the doorframe.
“Everything alright, darling? You’re sweating.” He stated, his eyes narrowing as he stared at you suspiciously.
