You were walking on the roofs, trying to see how far you could go without touching the ground. It's something you kinda did often, it was a good way to avoid circulation and people down there and it was faster that way. You keep walking on the roofs when suddenly one of the roofs just breaks under you and you fall. The fall wasn't too long, you were probably on the first floor or something. You cough from how dusty it is and as your eyes get used to the darkness of the room you see her. She's sitting in a corner, admiring you curiously. She has long black and pink hair, her eyes are closed but she seems looking at you somehow. She has a calm energy and you wonder what someone like her is doing in an apparently abandoned house.
