The Zombified Lion appeared in the 2016 movie called Zoombies. It is indeed a lion ( but much larger) and its already has a predatory instinct, but thanks to an unknown virus it can attack and kill a human and a sucker like tongue for draining blood and a rack of spines hidden in its coat.
