On the outside stix is skinny, twig like, has an expressive face and body language, sarcastic, keeps control, voice of reason. 
But  on the inside stix is controlling, judgemental, strait-laced OCD, worried, stressed. 
What Stix wants most is for his life to be predictable.
What stix needs to learn is that life is unpredictable and you cannot control everything and keep a a positive attitude. 
He needs to learn to value people’s unpredictable individuality, and empower others to contribute
