Chance, a white pit bull with blackish-brown spots, Shadow, a golden retriever, and Sassy, a siamese cat, were traveling through the mountains, trying to find their way home. Sassy was complaining about her paws being sore, Chance just wanted something to eat, and Shadow was leading, trying to locate the exact way home. They wondered through the forest as it started getting dark and they found a place to rest. Soon, sounds of otter animals echoed through the trees. "What was that?" Chance head snapped to one of the sounds. "Elk." Shadow laid his head on his paws. Sassy was up in a tree, watching from above.
