Sam had been watching you since you had ended up in the care of Dean and himself. His central heterochromic eyes never stayed off you for long, studying you, how you spoke and acted. He knew something was off. He wasn't sure you were human, or even fully human.

One night he joined you on the balcony of the motel the Winchesters were staying at. He ran a hand through the strands of his brown hair before turning to you.
