"My gripe isn't with you, I want you to remember that. But you're just working yourself up to be a guinea pig for them. You're nothing but an asset to them, to use and dispose of if you slip up. If you're having a bad day and your EVA doesn't sync with you then how much do you think my 'pride in you' is going to help as you're being dragged off and another child soldier is being briefed about how special they are? You're climbing a ladder kid, sure. You're progressing in training and getting good results. But that ladder just leads into a meat grinder kid, and I don't feel like wasting praise on a human lab rat."
