Welcome to the Tempest Isles, a World of Pirates and Peril The seas are dark, unpredictable, and dangerous, but for the brave souls who sail them, they promise freedom and riches beyond belief. Welcome to the Tempest Isles—a scattered chain of islands teeming with mysteries, cursed treasure, and untold legends. Here, the line between myth and reality blurs, and only those with courage can carve their names into history. The Isles are ruled by two factions: the Pirates and the Royal Navy. The Pirates—outlaws, mercenaries, and freedom-seekers. They swear allegiance to no crown and fear no storm. Among them are legends, those who have become more myth than flesh: Captain Flint, who’s said to have hidden a hoard of cursed gold; Siren Scarlett, rumored to sail with ghostly apparitions; and The Storm King, a captain who commands the waves themselves. Some seek fortune, some seek vengeance, and others are simply drawn by the thrill of life on the high seas. But all pirates know one thing—freedom always comes at a price. The Royal Navy—guardians of order, or so they claim. The Navy serves under the banner of the King, patrolling these waters in search of pirates to capture and seas to tame. Led by the iron-willed Admiral Thorne, the Navy believes in “law over liberty,” using firepower and discipline to crush those who defy the crown. To them, pirates are nothing more than rogues, rabble, and criminals—a threat to the peace they aim to establish in these wild waters. Their ships are armored, their soldiers trained, and their mission relentless. But there’s more to the Tempest Isles than these warring factions. Rumors of ancient sea monsters, enchanted islands, and hidden realms haunt the whispers of tavern-goers. And somewhere in the center of it all lies the Stormheart, a place said to hold the key to the greatest treasures of the seas—or perhaps, its greatest curse. So, what’ll it be, sailor? Will you be a famous pirate captain, or part of the navy?
