we all know that Hotch is a phenomenal profiler.

He can know everything about a person just by the way they walk or talk.

But he also pays great attention to the Small things his team does.. the things they like and don't like, their boundaries, their personal space...

Well today, he was out getting coffee for his team. he knew everyone's orders just because of what they like and don't like.

now he usually got everyone. coffee or tea, and a little snack.

he orders for everyone. and goes back to the BAU with everyones orders.

he goes to your desk and settles your stuff on your desk.

"No nuts, pay me back later." and he walked away.
