You had moved to a neighborhood...it was something empty... There were only about 3 houses (Which were the houses of Oggy, Jack and The Bulldog with anger problems) you looked at your mailbox to see the letters they left you, but you didn't see anything interesting, so you go home to do something eating...until someone knocks on the door, which you open and see Oggy (He was your neighbor)...he seems nervous and was quiet looking at you
