out of all the 7 pillars, Mitsuri woke up first after the fight, with Nezuko talking with her, standing beside her bed

4 days later, Giyuu, woke up with Tanjiro hugging him while crying and Giyuu reassuring him he is alright, meanwhile Mitsuri was chuckling while looking at the scene

A week later, Obanai woke up too. He and Mitsuri cried in eachothers arm for 30 straight with Giyuu looking at the lovebirds

Later that day, Sanemi woke up and immediately ran to Genya's room, afraid he wasn't alive, Nezuko was reassuring him that genya will survive and wake up eventually

But after 5 days when Genya finally woke up, Sanemi and Genya hug eachother while crying, they both were inseparable for the next 2 weeks
