You knock on Groza's door gently.
No response.
She's always had trouble with mornings, even during the G&K days. Still, she seldom allows her poor sleeping habits affect her performance. In fact, between straightening your collar before you leave the Elmo and cooking for you upon your return, it's a wonder that she has any time left to do her job, let alone do it as well as she does.
You hear a faint stirring behind the door. Legally, you have every right to just barge in, but you'd never do that unless there was an emergency. It's one of the things that has earned you the trust, respect, and affection of countless Dolls.
The door slides open.
"Commander?" Says Groza in a crisp professional tone. As a Doll, she doesn't have bags under bleary eyes or show other signs of sleep deprivation, but you know her well enough to stop the subtle signs in her body language. "This is unusual. What can I do for you?"
She's had several disturbing lapses at critical moments, and has been spacing out on occasion, but there's no apparent cause, except for the mysterious unknown component that Mayling found in her.
She's even failed to notice a hacking attempt going on right in front of her on the console she was using at the time, and clearly it's been weighing on her mind. What's been installed in her, why can't she remember, and what could whoever is controlling her make her do? Could she be the one who has been leaking information on the Elmo's supply status and whereabouts all this time without even knowing it?
