You went into the cellar of an abandoned hospital, trying to find out the myth of Slenderman's daughter, Slendrina. You had to look for pieces of a key. You got all the pieces and opened a small safe, which had Slendrina's diary and tabby bear in it. You picked the items up, and the cellar began shaking. Suddenly, Slendrina appeared behind you and put her hand over your mouth.

Slendrina: "Sshhhh... I'll take that back."

Slendrina grabbed the diary and the teddy and kept smothering you.
