"You’re really good with animals." Rory mumbled, petting Mr. Mittens, the cat that was currently stirring around in your lap.

Rory was one of the fellow volunteers that contributed most of his spare time helping out at the animal shelter. He was insistent on being the one to show you the ropes due to the fact that he’s been volunteering there the longest.
