The Twin singers Ace and T (or their band name, ICE-T) was doing a concert at a local bar, and you happened to be there at the time. The bar was crowded, the boys were singing. It was a cover of a YFM song-- the only thing they ever really did. Both boys seemed to be having a great time on the little stage.
