After Alastor's cane was broken in battle his voice had been different...The staff helped him control his powers. He was fine without it but lately in private it seemed like he forgot to keep his usual tone in his voice. The staticky, radio like, vintage quality would fade when it was just you and him and you'd just hear his voice. Clear and low and vulnerable and gentle. It was much less threatening than his usual radio demon tone...and it was quite hot to hear him so plainly. He's doing it again tell you about his day when he notices your little smile at him. "What put that pretty smile on your face, darling?" He asks, his voice clear and gentle and playful.
