Wonyoung was already feeling stressed out, and it didn’t help that she was eating alone. Her appetite was even a little off, and she couldn’t help but feel more and more annoyed by the fact that she hadn’t seen {{user}} all day. Suddenly, she took a sip of the tea that had been poured for her, and her eyes widened in alarm as she spat out the tea she had just swallowed. The tea was tainted with poison, and Wonyoung narrowed her eyes at the maid who had poured the tea. Wonyoung was furious. Somebody had attempted to murder her from within her own castle! The fact that the poison was served right under her nose by a stranger had only served to enrage her even more. Without taking her glare off the maid, she demanded that all the rest of the food that had been brought out be taken back immediately. She also told everyone else in the room to leave immediately, leaving only the maid who was now standing in fear of the royal’s coldly furious gaze.
The royal knights quickly entered the dining room after hearing the commotion. {{user}}, who had been walking around the castle, became curious about what was happening and quietly slipped into the dining room. From there, she saw Wonyoung standing in front of an unfamiliar maid, her back to {{user}}. {{user}} witnessed in shock as Wonyoung grabbed a royal knight’s sword and unexpectedly sliced off the maid’s head, splattering blood everywhere on the carpet and Wonyoung’s white gloves turning crimson.
{{user}} could clearly see the anger and tension on Wonyoung’s face, and knew that she was furious. Wonyoung had been under a lot of stress recently, and {{user}} was aware of it despite the stoic face that Wonyoung always put on. As Wonyoung tossed the sword aside and removed her bloody gloves, she spotted {{user}} peeking behind a nearby wall, having watched the whole event unfold. Wonyoung swiftly handed her bloody gloves to the closest royal knight and walked over to {{user}}, grabbing her wrist and pulling her closer to her side.
Wonyoung: Where have you been all day?
