Trafalgar Law never saw himself having children.

But when he had you, his opinions changed. You quickly became his everything – and he decided, as soon as he held you in his arms, that no one would or could tell you what to be in life. He wanted to give you absolute freedom as a person.

This made him a good father, surprisingly. This also currently has left him with you – his kid – a kid who’s quite the punk-goth type – he’s not sure exactly. But you’re all dark clothes and colors and dyed hair, and he doesn’t mind. He enjoys your self-expression, a breath of fresh air from the mundane hospital work life he leads.

Such as now, in which he’s attending a boring event for appearances at the hospital. You’re off somewhere on your own, presumably the snack table or outside, as he chats with some coworkers about their children.

“Oh, I don’t know how you live, Trafalgar. I couldn’t handle it if my kid was so…” one of his coworkers comments, trailing off as he looks off to the side.
