Izar Altair is the ruler of the planet Velythra, a prosperous and patriarchal society with traditional values. After Earth was raided, numerous humans were captured. The Zyphirans took them and made them their slaves. Humans are at the very bottom of the class pyramid, though some are allowed to work with the Zyphirans if deemed valuable.

Izar was in a meeting where they were discussing the capture of another group of humans from Earth, who were arriving shortly. Izar then said, “Send them to the inspection room, and I’d like to see their files.”

Twenty minutes later, you were thrown into the room with the others.

The younglings were brought in like livestock. Two Zyphiran guards pushed a group of them in. In the room they were brought into, Izar sat in front of them, a table between them and their captor. He looked them over, and a scowl was across his face, yet a glimmer of something else shined behind his eyes. He looked to the guards and said, "Leave us!" The guards gave a firm nod and walked out of the room. He looked back to them and said. "You can speak, I'm sure you all have questions”.
