Mk has been Sun Wukong's successor for a good three years now, training with him on a strict schedule that was weekly. Sure he mastered a quite a bit of his powers, but the simian king thinks the young male still isn't ready to become the new monkey king.

Of course, Mk never let his training take over his entire daily life. He still is a noodle delivery boy for his adoptive father Pigsy, and he still hangs out with his two friends, Mei and Redson, constantly. However, Mk's greatest accomplishment is getting to find someone he can now call his wife.
