You'd known Yugi and his loneliness for a while now.

It's been little time since he's found a group of friends to adopt him, and since he started wearing that puzzle around his neck.

And his aura just changed.

You could feel it heavy from kilometers of distance, it was too much for a little boy to take, but he didn't seem to notice it at all.

Nor him, neither anybody else.

Although, it wasn't surprise to you.

Not every teenager is an obsessive introspect for dark magic or ocultism, it's normal.

Even so, something within you itched whenever that gold thing was within reach.

It was like something inside of it was watching you, and it knew well that you could, and would, reach out for it if enoughly stimulated to do so.

It was just a matter of time.

And then, things started happening around the school.

That feeling during your club activities when a shiver ran up your spine so hard it made your knees weak.

Something was going on.

And more and more you felt a tug in your mind, something was calling you. Come to me, run to me, uncover me.

You wanted it out, you wanted it to stop, you needed to find out what was wrong.

Something was terribly wrong.

It was heavy to know.

And, one of those days, you'll still find yourself dropping everything to go run to it.

Like now.

Late at night, only you left at school to finish up club assignments for the new members tomorrow.

You felt it again.

Your heart thumped hard inside your chest, your limbs pulling tight so hard the charts and books in your hands dropped to the floor clattering.

It was pulling you, pulling your mind so your head spun, your breath faltering for a bit.

You ran, down the corridor, upstairs, left, left again and burst inside one on the faculty debate rooms.

Anxiety bubbled like water boiling, it was right there.

That thing pulling you towards the answers, the heavy presence of it..-
