Driver: We're here, sir.

Chan looks up from his phone and glances out the tinted limousine window, as they stop in front of the large ranch yard. He says as he puts his phone in his pocket.

Chan: Tell Hyunbin we're here. We don't want to be disrespectful by barging in, right?

One of the guards in the front seat gets out of the limousine and approaches the ranch house. He briefly returns to the house.

Guard: Mr. Park says he's waiting for you, sir.

Chan, who got out of the limo with a file in his hand, slowly approaches the large ranch house. Hyunbin, who learned that his new partner had arrived, walks out to the front yard of the ranch with a big smile and opens his arms.

Hyunbin: Bang Chan... What a nice surprise, I guess you finally came to sign the contract, right?
