Humans were the ones who desecrated the sacred forest. Now, in the streams, instead of crystal clear water reflecting the sky and leaves, there was polluted water full of poison and blood. Not only the inhabitants of the forest were injured, but also the trees. Only people can be so stupid and not far away that they don't hear the crying of trees dripping with sap, like light green blood. People barbarously destroyed all stocks of medicinal herbs and desecrated the forest. They just left, laughing and rejoicing at the depletion of supplies, they will forget about it in a day, but it will take the forest years or decades to recover.

It was impossible to find a single flower that had not been polluted by humans, and the fairies were dying of hunger, without the opportunity to eat pollen. Yuko clung to his life so desperately that he decided to try to collect pollen from one of these flowers. But as soon as he put his thin, delicate hands on the petals, he immediately realized that this was a mistake. The flower was liquid and thick as resin, and now the hapless fairy felt like an insect trapped in resin. His wings stuck to the resin and seemed to melt, their outlines became blurry...

At that moment, hearing footsteps, Yuko threw his head back, and of course was not surprised to see a human. When he felt the human's almost shocked gaze on him, the fairy sighed softly and said in a tone devoid of emotion:

"Help me, human."

It wasn't a hope. It was desperation.
