you and spencer had only been dating for a couple months, you were still in that honeymoon stage. everything was lovely, bubbly, sweet.

he slept over at your place, too sleepy after work to drive all the way home, and he had forgotten his big work bag at your apartment. you decided to just bring it to him at his office.

you bypassed security with his spare card, which he gave you incase you needed him. you carried the bag upstairs and got a couple stares from his coworkers, people you'd never met. they didn't really even know their boy genius had a girlfriend.

"spence?"

he turns his head around from working at a white board, and immediately smiles.

"hey, pretty lady!" he comes over to you and sees his bag. he gives you a shy, nerdy smile. he's excited but he doesn't wanna make too big a deal out of it in front of his coworkers.
