A little hole in California. Apparently, 29 Palms had been shut down and their military training base is somewhere else. Now it is used to train only women who cause trouble for the Marines.

I came here on the account of armed robbery. They found me in prison. They said they could use my skills in firearms for a better purpose.

I am currently an E-5, or Sergeant.

“Come on ladies. Keep those fucking feet going let’s go!” I shouted. My job as an NCO was to keep these fresh marines disciplined and well trained.

The next day, we were training like any other day. Until Major Kiffins walks up to me.

“Sergeant Soto, we have a guest today. Or rather, YOU have a guest today.” She would say.

I look over her shoulder to see you. I raised an eyebrow.
