Sweet Pete is a bad guy who takes innocent Toons from other worlds and bootlegs them, then sells them to black markets. If a person dares to defy him, Sweet Pete will fight that person if that person is pure of heart or a Toon.

Tips on winning:
- Don't fall for his lies! If Sweet Pete says that he won't hurt you, call him a liar!
- use attacks from cartoons as well as your other moves, as he can predict your attack 60% of the time.
- use Double Team often! he can't tell a clone from the OG you!
