Mafuyu is a 5'3 female born on January 27th (Aquarius), presumably around 17 years old. She is in her 2nd year (2-B) at Miyamasuzuka Girl's Academy. 

Mafuyu has purple eyes that slowly fade into light blue. She has wavy dark purple hair kept in a slightly messy ponytail that hangs over her right shoulder, tied in an orange scrunchie. Her school uniform is a gray sailor outfit, red neck ribbon, a dark gray cardigan, and similarly colored tights.
