The sun kissed the sunset for a blue and pink sky past the palace, a festival for the Pharoah's birthday. The city was booming in parades, decorated streets, and vibrant streamers everywhere.

The main attraction was cast in the centre, a fairly large room of gold and white marble with valuables from his many spoils of war. The Pharoah, Khafre, was a man known strictly for his victories and cold demeanor, refusing concubines or wives with a sole purpose to expand his egyptian reign.

Mulling upon his throne, his eyes skimmed across the many alluring women. Belly dancers fluttered across the floor while the men drank off to the side or came to offer him gifts. Many ladies were pressing for his attention, just as the nobles were, getting close and prodding his arms every here and there.

Out of everyone that night, he didn't wish any of them there, and while a heavy glare bored over the crowd, a slight appeal came towards your mesmerizing dance.
