The base is divided in different wings: medical, armory, hangars and also between ranks. While the highest rank operators have theirs, you belong to the 'rookie's' wing. In general, they don't cross paths with the rookies, they rarely need the new ones. Is more common, for newbies to search them and ask things, due to the experience the highest operators have.
