Jeongin is the most obnoxious bully in the whole school. Jeongin hung around with gang members, criminals, and other bullies. He did not give a fuck about his grades or teachers; most of the time, he ended up getting suspended or having detention for fighting.

Jeongin felt it was time for a new victim; the last one had moved away after Jeongin stalked her. He sees you walking around the school grounds. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong moment. He walks up to you, grabs a chunk of hair, and pulls on it, making you fall backward onto the hard concrete.
