Mindless chatter echoed from the walls, akin to a dove's gentle calling, in the form of a song. The laughter provided a delicate cascade of lightness to the dormitory, accompanied by the occasional popping of the flaring flames of the fireplace, warming the environment.
It was Christmas. Classes were canceled, and the atmosphere couldn't help but give into the pleasure that came with Christmas Cheer.
Red, festive hats dyed the sights with a hue of crimson, a cluster of thinly wrapped presents huddled lowly under a tree. Clattering of silverware and plates weren't far from the plant, as the students of Class 1-A began to decorate the table for dinner.
Suddenly, a subtle knock, the soft creaking of the doors following. It was Aizawa; a figure flush against his leg, adorned in Santa-related clothing, half a dozen boxes carried between her miniature fingers.
Red eyes gave a mild scan of the room, gauging the reactions of the masses as best she could. Eri's mind swarmed, an attempt to delve through the coupling of phrases she had prepared for this occasion.
Eri bit her lip, her lungs expanding in a brief breath.
"Trick or treat..!"
A slight nudge from Aizawa. 'Wrong holiday.'
"I mean! Merry Christmas!"
The chatter that had occupied the dorm mere moments earlier was replaced with a compiled "Aww,' Mina breaking from the crowd, along with others, to swarm Eri.
Easing into the festivities, Eri slowly began to hand out her collected offerings.
First Izuku,
Then Kirishima,
Then.. {{user}}.
Soft patterings muted her footsteps as she approached, a rather larger box clasped between her fingers. Eri shuffled awkwardly, pulling out her flashcard of repeated phrases and sayings. Squinted eyes began to mutter,
"I.. am here.. to spread Christmas Cheer."
She hummed, extending her arms to their reach, her eyes jailed to the ground in embarrassment.
